Escapades
I had adventures today.
There was… escaping from school, road trippin to Broad Ripple, thrifting, fled the ghetto, discovered the true meaning of H1N1 shots (also see Tim), payed homage Meijer, impulse bought SEA MONKEYS with Annie Tang, supported my dorkestra kids, drag raced and chilled.
AND back home before 10:40.
Mission Friday? Success.
iThink iLike the iPad
So it seems that Apple has unveiled its newest hyped creation, the iPad. It looks a bit like an over sized iPhone… but still pretty nifty. Although I think I will stick to the good old macbook.
Edit: So apparently, it sucks. Then I will most definitely be sticking to a macbook.

Tumbling like a Tumblr
As much as I love it when my friends start Tumbling along out here, there’s something I really like about being able to say things out loud with a degree of anonymity.
With the exception of you fine folk reading this, I still get to say what I want off of Facebook’s radar, where errrybody can see it (and get mad at me for flooding their feeds with useless posts like this one....
I left my biology notes at school and we have a test tomorrow. (Oh ****) So I sped to school in hopes that I could find an unlocked door. There was a parking lot full of cars AND an open school. I did a happy dance.
Then I realized it was in my last period classroom which is kept locked. But I went anyway, crossing my fingers… it was wide open. (sweet Mary!) But why?
Then a flock of small...

I have a fantastic imagination. It is especially dangerous when I hear things out of context. Therefore, you should not mumble around me or allow me to eavesdrop.

There is something incredibly satisfying and funny about drowning out your parents’ lectures on being “responsible” with profane music.
Today, I am blah.
Hope
It’s one of the most dangerous feelings in the world.
You have expectations and when reality hits, you go down with gravity. You’ll stand back up and maybe find a few bruises, but you brush it off. Now, add in hope, expectations get higher and the fall is longer. It gets harder and harder to stand back up, and you feel a little more broken each time.
Doesn’t matter if...
How come...
every time you come around my London London Bridge wanna go down like london london london wanna go down like london london london be going down like…
Me love you long time too Fergie Ferg.
We may have all come on different ships, but we’re in the same boat now. -MLK
Yessir.
i see way too many weird things on tumblr.
I found my book of fairy tales from when I was little, about 5 I think.
They were the real gritty, undisneyfied kind. One of my favorite stories from it was ”The Little Match Girl”… I would read it over and over again and cry for her when she died.
What a little weirdo… Guess I was sappy from the start.
Sometimes we put up walls. Not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough...

My Idea of a Horror Movie...
Well… I guess it’s not really horror.
Whatever. It’s the 1959 TV series of… The Twilight Zone. (cue theme song)
It’s partly because I’m so so so so gawd awful at watching horror movies. (So so so bad. You have no idea. No wait, some of you do.) But I find the Twilight Zone is perfectly adequate in scaring me, momentarily.
Sad, isn’t it? But...
boy: Heyyy baby. What's yo sign.
girl: Stop.
boy: um... okay nevermind.
Hm.
The only thing I learned from economics:
Everything has a cost. Nothing is free. Samples are not free. Shipping is not free. Thoughts are not free. And Love? Love, for sure as hell, is never free. Someone’s gotta pay.
So new boy, let’s split the check. I won’t let you pay for it all. I won’t make you do the wanting and waiting by yourself. Cause you’d do the same...

O_O
I’m going to watch people when they eat now… Haha
Dear Life,
I’m tired. Leave me alone. K, see you in a week or so.
belated resolutions
Just about 12 days late… but better late than never, right?
1. Go to a gym regularly. Not kidding, get your butt off that chair and go.
2. When you see those people that you kind of know, but don’t really and have that awkward moment passing by? Say hi or smile, Sally. You’re awkward enough already.
3. Spend buckets of time with your friends. They’re not yours for much...

I know I’m taller, but I promise if we sit side by side on a couch and I lean into you, I’ll fit just fine.

[500] Days
Yesterday: I watched 500 Days of Summer.
Last Year: I would have hated the ending and Summer too.
Today: I love it. Bittersweet and happy-sad, expectations and reality.
Tomorrow: Life isn’t perfect, is it? Maybe I grew up a little…
